About the Founder

Daisy Lane was founded by an international award-winning author, educator, and publisher with over 20 years experience in Early Years education. Jennifer's academic background includes a BA (Education & Linguistics), Honours in Linguistics, a Diploma of Education (Primary/Early Years), and a Master of Special Education.

​

Jennifer is the author of eight books and the founder of Kidlit International, Kindness Kids and Inspiring Minds Magazine for Kids which is distributed to schools across Australia each quarter. It is also available as a digital download. 

​

Jennifer's work has been recognised through Varuna House and May Gibbs internships, multiple award nominations, international media features and leadership roles within the literary community. In 2025 Jennifer was privileged to be a finalist in the Ausmumpreneur Awards for Creative Entrepreneurship and was very humbled to receive an Honourary Mention for the Regional APAC Women Changing the World Awards 2025 for our Inspiring Minds Magazine and the impact it is having on our future leaders.
